Events Trigger Email Alerts

The Event Trigger system allows offline staff to receive immediate email alerts. mviSPY monitors visitor's trails, number of page views, time on site, new orders, customer registration, submitted forms and it correlates that data directly with keywords searched.

This feature is activated by entering mviSPY and clicking the Event Triggers button. From there, Click “Set Event Trigger” and select a Name for the event and the action that will trigger the event. The system automatically creates a report that gets stored within mviSPY. This report is easy to understand, analyze and export. This information can be transmitted 24/7 by email or inserted into a sales lead or CRM Software package.
