Your operator can monitor chat from any computer with an internet connection. If no operator is available, the site visitor has the option of leaving a message that will be instantly emailed to you.
Your operators see what pages their chat customer viewed
When your operator accepts the chat session from a visitor, valuable data is passed to your operator. They can see what region the chat visitor lives in, what pages they have viewed on your site and how they arrived at your site (Google Search, Yahoo Search, Link from a specific site, etc). This information can help your operator determine what product the customer needs.
Customize your proactive chat message
Instead of having a bland, generic popup message that feels cold and formal, you can create your own custom message to display to visitors. Make them feel like chat is a blended part of your site by mentioning your product or service in the 'call to action'.

How it works
You set up the chat window to pop up after a visitor has been on your site for any amount of time that you want. In addition, you can also place a button on the site that allows your visitors to initiate a chat as well. To add this service to your existing mviSPY package the fee is an additional $3 per chat operator account per month.
