mviSPY offers several methods to capture leads in real-time on your website. mviSPY can trigger events based on the behavior of visitors such as the visitor filling out a form, viewing a certian number of pages or just remaining on the site for a certain amount of time. Once these 'events' take place, the data for those visitors can be automatically loaded into the mviSLM system. Read about 'event triggers' here.
Visitor actions and data are streamed into mviSLM in real-time. Based on the number of mviSLM inserts received, you will know if there is an increase or decrease in the amount of interest on your site. The lead history, combined with the visits will allow you to better understand site visitor needs and interests which will allow you to improve your marketing/sales efforts.
Once you hace an mviSPY account you can install mviSLM. Below discribes how to integrate mviSLM with mviSPY.
- Log into your mviSPY account page.
- Click on Edit Billing Options.
- Select the number of SLM users you wish to have access to your mviSLM system.
- Save your changes.
- An mviSLM representative will contact you to complete the mviSLM setup.
After set up is complete you may begin creating event triggers that will drop lead information into mviSLM. Please refer to the Event Triggers user manual for creating event triggers.
When creating an event trigger you must select the "Insert Into mviSLM" checkbox as shown in the image below.
